Hello,
This error is commonly caused by a root certificate issue between your
Windows Phone and your Exchange 2003 server. This is usually caused by the
certificate expiring, it being updated or being longer than 4096 bits.
Verify with your Exchange administrator if you need a new certificate or an
updated one.
