Active Sync with Outlook - problems - !!!

hello

can someone help me?
I cant synchronize my Outlook 2002 for weeks... it worked!! now, I dont
know what I did wrong, it does not works!!!
my documents, favorites, e-mails, pocket access will be synchronised, but
not my kalendar and the other necessary things from outlook! also my
avantgo does not synchronize the sites...

I turned Active Sync to the latest version, but nothing happens...

please help, I am very confused...

(hope you can understand all, I am from good old germany...)

Is there an error message appearing when you try to sync or what ?
or does activesync show calendars / contacts as Not Installed ??

Try this... Search your machine for MAPI32.dll and you should be able to
fine two. rename them to MAPI32.OLD or something ensuring outlook is closed.

Open Outlook and you might get an error message. click Yes to it. Ensure you
put in the companion CD of Your device which has outlook . Click on Help,
Detect and repair and perform the same. After successfull completion, restart
your desktop and try to sync. does that help ?

Hi sonja,
Just for the information you have written that it was working
fine before and it is not workfing since two weeks. So have you install any
antivirus or any firewall or any any software. If yes then please let us
knnow. And what is the error message we are getting so that we can work on it
..

hello again, sorry I had a problem with my browser, so I couldn´t write
back!

I have no firewall or something like that on my pocket pc. but on my
desktop.
sorry, I wrote a bit confused: It worked with outlook. and than on a fine
day in the middle of the last month it desided not to work any longer!!!
The only error message is: after sync ActiveSync shows me: "favorites -
synchronised"! but "calendar - Attention"!

Sometimes there is a different error message, I have to connect the pocket
pc via USB! But it is!!! Is there a conflict during other USB using items?

Let me say an important thing: we have two difficult pocket pc! But that
had never been a problem!
