active sync

Hi,
I am trying to active sync a recording I made on my
handheld device with the PC but it is not picking it up
at all. I have active 7.1. It works on one PC but not the
other and i reinstalled software and everything but still
no joy. The PC is windows XP.
Please help

If your intent is to copy the recording to your device or vis versa you can
use the File Explorer (Icon on the toolbar)

Hi,
I am trying to sync what I record on my device to my Pc
and I am using file explorer. It does not seem to be
synching at all. I can see the file when I I access teh
mobile device icon in my computer but I cannot open it
here. This only seems to be happening on one PC and I
have reset the handheld device and reinstalled the
software but it is still happening.
have you any idea why this is happening.

Check that there are no programs with that file open on your PDA (e.g
windows media player).
Try "close all tasks" and then sync again.

No - everything is closed and the problem is still
occurring - very strange as on the other PC it would not
upload recordings until I change the names.
