We recently moved to exchange server 2003 and now some of
our pda's are having trouble with appointment times. an
appointment entered on the ipaq for 1 pm, will be changed
to an hour later after syncing with outlook 2003. The
partnerships were set-up pre exchange server. So far I
haven't found any info in the knowledge base. Any ideas?

You need to make sure that the time zone on both the devices and the desktop
matches. Also make sure that your server is set to take into account the DST
(Daylight saving time)
