I have no experience with Vista and syncing but I would have thought this
should work. Unless the mobile device manager in Vista is altering the
format of the data so it is no longer compatible with older sync software.
Do you use an exchange server at work? It might be possible to sync via the
exchange server directly rather than through the PC. This would allow you
to sync your mail, calendar, notes, contacts. Syncing files should still be
possible via your sync software at work.
