Active Synch 3.8 - Exchange 2003 - Windows 2003 - No worky

I have to have missed something...

I have a Dell Axim X50v connected by USB to my PC (Windows XP SP2, Outlook
2003). I can synch to the PC but I get a CONNMGR_36 error when connecting
to our Exchange server.

a VPN is not an issue and neither is connecting with a modem.

I have tried to:

Connect using SSL/not using SSL to the Exchange server...
typed in the password (numerous times)...
deleted all settings and re-enabled them...
Deleted the partnership and re-created it...

Any assistance would be appreciated...

My firewall has been disabled througha GPO.

This worked about a month ago, I lost power to the Axim and when I tried to
re-setup the device it stopped working.

I can sync to the PC, just not Exchange.
