Just installed today's updates and I am having problems with some web sites.
I have to double click most options at Yahoo for example. This problem
occurred once before after a download back a few months ago. There was a fix
Microsoft released to solve this problem. I think it had something to do
with Active X control patch. I believe the fix was to KB 912945. Anyone
experiencing this problem again? Is there a fix?

The fix was only temporary, and MS only intended for it to go until the June
updates.

This behaviour is by design and is now permanent. It is a consequence of
the decision in the Eolas v Microsoft case.

Same problem here. Scuttlebutt says it is a permanent change, and there is
no fix, but I'm hoping some enterprising soul will find a tweak. It is pure
torture to try to use Internet Explorer now... (: (:
