Just letting you know that SyncData advised me that their program
SyncExpress does not yet work on WM5.0 / AS4.0 but they will release a
version update soon by the end November to mid December. I thought you might
be interested.
I just wanted to confirm again with you that ActiveSync 4.0 will definitely
not now work with Outlook Express. If this is true then I will need to
advise all of our consumer customers who are using Outlook Express (I assume
there are many of them) to either move their email to Outlook or to purchase
SyncExpress when it becomes available. I fear this might become an issue for
many Pocket PC software distributors with similar consumer customers (not
corporate) who currently use Outlook Express and decide to purchase these
new devices with WM5.0/AS4.0.
