ActiveSync 4.1 and Windows Mobile 5.0

Having started to have a problem synching Contacts, I upgraded to Activesync
4.1
Now, when I try to synch I just get a warning panel which states:
"Synchronization could not be supported. Try again later. Support Code:
80070008"
Can anyone help, please?

Hi,
Are you synchronizing with Exchange? What version of Outlook and what
device are you synchronizing? What desktop OS are you using?

I'm synchronizing via a USB connection.
My device is a Dell Axim X51v.
I have Windows XP Home 2002 Service Pack 2.My e-mail program is OUTLOOK 2002
(10.6515.6626) SP3

Do you have a software firewall installed? Did you install ActiveSync
before SP2?

I have McAfee Firewall Plus installed and I have allowed full access to the
four applications recommended by Microsoft for the McAfee Firewall.
I believe I installed AciveSys after SP2.
