Hi,
Thanks for the update. It confirms what I thought. Apparently many VPNs do
not expect new interfaces to be installed after the VPN software. So as a
workaround uninstalling the VPN, installing ActiveSync and then the VPN may
get it to work.
As for it being active, it should not have mattered. The interface is there
once ActiveSync is installed regardless of whether it was in use or not.
