ActiveSync 4.2 Synchronization Errors

I have a HTC 3300 with WMo 5.0 and a pc with AS 4.2.

Until to today synchronization of contacts, tasks and calendar worked
fine with Outlook XP (I.m not synchronizing mail).

Today I had to make a new user on my pc because we have installed a
exchange server at work. I also tried to connect my HTC to the exchange
server, and succeeded. But, now that I've disconnected and logged on
with my old user (the user which I originaly used and where things used
to work) it does not synchronize. It just tries for a looong time, than
it just says "Synchronisation Error". Just that, nothing else. I don't
have clue what actually vent wrong or where to start looking. I've
deleted all relations ships on the pc and the device. Uninstalled AS and
reinstalled, several times. But nothing works, it just simply says
"Synchronization Error".

I'm going ****ing nuts over this program. Why can't atleast give me a
little hint of what went wrong. I've never seen such and arrogance in a
program ever.

Hopefully, some of you can help out of this pain.

Well, I have to admit I was a bit wrong. The reports from the
troubleshooter was quite extensive, and aleast I can see exactly went
wrong. The question now is, how do I solve it. This is the latest events
in the logfile.

If someone could tell what this actually means, then I might have shot
at solving this issue.
