I've just purchased a HTC Mogul pocket PC. I have Microsoft Outlook 2003,
Windows XP Professional SP2, ActiveSync 4.5 and Windows Mobile 6.0.
ActiveSync installed fine but when I try to sync for the first time, I get
the support code 85010014 and no information has synced with my Mogul. I've
uninstalled, re-installed, downloaded a version from microsoft.com and
installed but I still can't get the syncing to work. Any suggestions?

Not yet. I've checked my McAfee configuration and it seems to be correct. I
don't know what to try next.

Here is what worked for me. I removed Outlook from my office install. I
didn't delete the pst file or anything. I then added Outlook back into my
Office install and everything synced. Hope this helps.

Found another string that told me to run a "detect and repair" on my Outlook
2003 (in the help menu) & evrything is syncing now & the error is gone.
You'll probably need your original Outlook disk to complete the fix.

Good Luck...
