Activesync 4.5 takes forever

I am trying to use Activesync 4.5 to synch with my Samsung Blackjack. When I
connect the phone it is recognized by activesync, and synchronizing
begins............ 4.5 hours later and its still going. Beneath "Information
Type" and "Status" nothing is displayed. The program is responsive, but
nothing appears to sync.

I am only at this point trying to sync the calendar, so it's not even a huge
amount of information (unless its trying to sync to some random date in the
distant future). I do not have a micro SD card in the phone, so don't know
if this is having some effect.

Any tips on getting this to work?

Hi,
The initial sync will take longer than subsequent syncs. Did you make sure
that any software firewall is allowing aCtiveSync to connect?
