ActiveSync 4.x & addins?

Hi!

I have two addins in Outlook 2000 (and Windows 2000), one made in VB6 and
another in .NET 1.1.
These addins have been working fine with the ActiveSync 3.x versions. The
problem started when the users bought new phones that required ActiveSync 4.x.
The problem is that after a while, ActiveSync just stops syncronizing. Even
if I manually start the sync, ActiveSync can't see the modified/added items.
If I unplug the USB cable, wait a minute, and then plug it in again it works.

Any ideas?

Hi,
With Outlook 2000 and ActiveSync 4.x, users have reported some problems.
Are you current on the service packs for Outlook 2000?
