Activesync and Office 2007

Running Windows XP Pro service pack 2, Office 2003, ActiveSync 3.8 and XDA
II with ppc2003 all contacts, calender, notes,files will synchronise
perfectly.
Updated Office to 2007 now contacts calender and notes will not sync to XDA
II but files and folders do, can see all files and directories on XDA via
mobile device. Active sync says it is unable to synchronise one or more
information types. then below is says you must connect to this computer via
infered or serial/usb cable. It is conneced via USB as I can copy files from
the PC to the XDA II. Any help would be much appreciated.
