Activesync connection problem: "Your device was not detected"!!

Hello,

I wanted to check my stylus lock, I opened my iPAQ 3635, put it back
together, Inow I caanot synch my ipaq with the computer. I have Windows XP,
ipaq 3635. The bios in ipaq is p1.04, 2.14. I use a cradle with USB
connection. I uninstalled the activesynch, but I chose not to remove the
activesynch files in my PC. During the uinstallation I removed the USB
cable. After installation I connected the USB cable, and OS found the USB
port and installed. Now, when I try to synch, I get "MS Active cannot
recognize this device error". If I run Get Connected" wizard I get all the
deviuces available but the error " Your device was not detected" error.
Please help to synch my ipaq. Thank you.

Hi,
Do you have a firewall installed? If so this can prevent you from
synchronizing.
