I am trying to synchronize my contacts subfolders into my
new handheld (Axim A3). However it places them all into
the All Contacts area on the PDA and will not divide them
up into separate folders which is vital as I have a
ridiculous number of work contacts (more than two
thousand) arranged into separate countries. It is possible
to do this with Outlook 2000 or 2002 by downloading a
useful program called Pocket Contact Synchronizer 2.1 but
it does not work with Outlook 2003. I am using the most
recent Activesync 3.7.1 program. Any advice much
appreciated.

Hi,

Unfortunately, Pocket Contact Synchronizer 1.2 does not support Outlook
2003. For more information visit ---

http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2002/opcs.aspx

If you want to synchronize items which are stored in separate folders, check
out the following software:

Pocket OnSchedule ---

http://www.odysseyinc.com

Pocket Lookout ---

http://lookout.vonken.com

Many thanks for that Raj

However the Odyssey download seems very expensive at
$89.95 - when all I want to do is be able to have
subfolders in my Contacts area....

And the Vonken site has a disturbing message saying that
all activities of Pocket Lookout have been stopped due
to "internal reasons"

Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Nick
