ActiveSync doesn't syncronize

Hallo!
I try to syncronize my PDA with Outlook. I get connect over USB and the
microsoft tool, that checks activesync, PDA and connection says, that it is
not possible to receive an IP-adress.
The advices from the helping tool and from go.microsoft.com didn't help me
to solve the problem.
What can I do?
