Andrew,
Did you experience the HTTP_403 error with your Ipaqs
first? I'm still trying to get to a point where you are
at, and I think there is something missing on my exchange
server end, and haven't been able to find any help here or
by googling... thought I'd see what you did to configure
your webserver?
