Hello,

does anyone know if there is an update (bugfix) that makes ActiveSync
supporting the SMS syncronisation on Windows Mobile Phones (send,
recive, drafts folders etc.)

IMO this is a major feature missing in active sync.

thx

Hi OZ,

yes, thats cool and i already tested it, but does not work properly with
OL2002. I'm still wondering why MS does not support this by default.
They are programming MS Mobile, Active Sync and Outlook and dont even
think about SMS. Thats a bit stupid.
Is there anywhere a free extension for activeSync (outlook, or WM6) to
support that.
thx

Hello Hervé,

this program wors fine and seems to be the one I was looking for.

Unfortunatly the messages are not readable offline and export of
messages is rudimental. I would like to have a chance for setting some
options for the export like: "store selected msg into one file / one
file per msg", "default name = msgdate" etc.

The best would be if the program could store all messages into a file
for offline reading. Then no export is really needed and it would be the
best program for SMS sync.

maybe someone can implement the offline feature
Norbert
