Activesync GPRS after Sync with Activesync 4.1

I'm sincronizing to Exchange trow Activesync 4.1 and GPRS Activesync
Exchange, the bouth ways works fine, but every time i have sincronized with
Activesync 4.1 I have to do a soft reset for can syncronize with GPRS, the
pda have the conection, active sync try sync but never sync.

The is any solution??
