ActiveSync Memory Error

When I try to Sync to Outlook 2003, I get the following error on the PC:
WCESMgr.exe – Application Error
X The instruction at “0x77fccaad� referenced memory at “0x0008000�. The
memory could not be “written�.

I removed and replaced physical memory, cleaned out my sync folder, and
upgraded to ActiveSync 3.8. The problem won't go away. Thoughts?

Try running Help -> Detect and Repair in Outlook, then reinstall
ActiveSync - the problem could be with Outlook.
