ActiveSync Message on new BlackJack Phone

My Samsung Blackjack phone was working fine for the first week, then suddenly
it stopped. I think after i got a new sim card from Cingular. I now see the
following message.... ActiveSync was unable to reach the server. Check that
the server address and proxy server settings are correct. Support
Code:80072f78

Now what do I do? I have AS4.2 loaded. I haven't even been able to find the
support code number anywhere.

Please help......

I see the message on my ActiveSync Window on the PC, main window under
Connected: Exchange Server: View Status and then on the BlackJack Active
Sync: Menu:Status Results. I have the data connection package also for
using the BlackJack as my network card to use with my PC when I am off of my
company network, too.

I will try again. I heard I need to go into Security setting on the
BlackJack and clear it out there to obtain a factory fresh device meaning I
will loose any software I have loaded.

Should I reload ActiveSync 4.5 also?
