ActiveSync/Multiple Contact List Sync Issue

Hello,

I am having a problem whereby i have more than one contact list in Outlook
(the list of company contacts and a personal list) and I only have the
option to sync my companies list in ActiveSync (3.7.1).

I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of, but to no avail. Has anyone else
experienced this problem.
