ActiveSYnc with multiple Mailbox - Contacts rather than Personal Folder - Contacts

I have my contacts from my exchange server in the Mailbox - Contacts folder
while the Personal Folder - Contacts is not used. Activesync only lets me
sync to Personal Folder Contacts. Same with Calendar. How can I sync with
the right Contact/Calendar folders?
