ActiveSync, Multiple Users and Windows Media Player

I recently installed ActiveSync 4.2 on my PC and all was well untill I made
a user account for a friend. When I switch to the other user account
(desktop) and leave mine running either rapimgr.exe or dccman hangs when I
log off (sometimes both). Windows Media Player 11 hangs at startup and I
believe this is related (I read some articles about this, but no solutions).
When I log off my own account first before switching all seems to work well
again.

Any tips or solutions would be much appreciated.
