ActiveSYnc not starting

Could anyone tell me, why ActiveSync is not starting o n my windows XP? It
starts at the beginning - after install there should be some informations as
I presume, butr nothing happens. Nothing happens also when I click Microsoft
ActiveSync icon in start menu.

Hi,
Do you have any antispyware applications installed? Have you reviewed the
logs when you boot to see if there are any wcescomm.exe or wcesmgr.exe
programs being terminated?
