When the customer is NOT connected to the network, it sync's fine. When it
IS connected to the network, only 3 of the six folders will synchronize. The
other three folders will sync just fine. The minute he disconnects the
ethernet cable and tries to resync, all the folders sync.
My best guess is that it is syncing with the offline .PST file when he is
disconnected and it tries to sync with the online profile when it is
connected. I'm just guessing at that.
If anyone has any other idea where to look, I would grateful for the info.
