activesync, outlook 2002 and new messages

I have installed activesync on my laptop running win XP
sp2, Outlook 2002 (xp) sp1. When I plug my hp 4150 in, it
sync's fine. But when a new message arrives in outlook, it
doesn't update the handheld. Pressing the manual sync
button in activesync does nothing either.

Hi,
Do you have the option to sync continuously enabled? This is in ActiveSync
on the PC - Tools - Options - Schedule. Then under Desktop schedule select
continuously.
