I notice that some of my appointments does not sync into my smartphone. I
use Qtec9100 with Exchange Server (Outlook). To synchronise i use Activesync
4.2. Most of the appointments are synchronised without anyy problem.

Does someone has this problem, and who knows what to do about.

I have this same problem with my Cingular 2125 (HTC) phone. I spent an
inordinate amount of time trying to resolve this. What was wierd was my old
Audiovox 5600 would sync completely with the same laptop and Outlook
configuration. After numerous (> 50) resets, device erases, new profiles,
PST cleans, etc., I still couldn't get it to work. I saw a post mentioning
PocketMirror here in this newsgroup and I downloaded the trial version. It
works great and now I have all of my contacts and appoints on my phone.

The thing I liked about PocketMirror is it works as part of ActiveSync so
the use model is the same.

Hi,

Are these items within the period of synchronizing (not older than 2 weeks)
be default settings. If yes, then did you create them using the PC or did
you synchronize them from anothe device, i.e. Nokia.

Try recreating the same appointment on your server again and then
synchronize, check if this helps.
