activesync stoppd working.. please help

Hi again,

I do not know why activesync does not connect my device any longer
when I look into the device manager it says 'unknown device' for the USB

Please help.

I think we might need to know *something* about your system! What device
and what OS version does it have? What OS on the desktop? What version of
ActiveSync?
