Activesync stuck on waiting for network

Hello
We have 12 palm treo 700wx with wm5. Since the 21st nov about 3 of these
devices
hang at synchronizing for about 3 minutes then stay at waiting for network.
All other Treos have no issues and no changes have been made. When I pull
the battery out for about 1 hour
and power on it then works. could these be defective PDAs?

Mine was unable to synch this morning after working yesterday.-waiting for
network. I came in office, pulled out battery for about 15 minutes and it
worked. A soft reset didnt do it. I was going to try reinstalling
Activesync.

Hi,
I'd contact Palm and ask them about the issue. Before trying to sync, did
you verify that thte user can visit a website?
