Hi Geoff,
Have you been able to identify which Information Type is causing it? One way
to do it, is to select only one information type at a time and perform sync.
If successful, disable it and select the next information type until you
encounter the error. This way you can narrow down which type is causing the
error. Once you identify, then you can narrow it down further using sub
folders to move items.
If you suspect the new entry on the mobile device is causing it, you can try
synchronizing it with a empty folder in Outlook. If it throws the error,
delete the appointment and recreate it.
