i've win xp on the pc and win mobile on the htc touch cruise.
my problem:
1. after i connected via usb, activesync starts automatically and show a
small window with "Settings will be called" and this window is still
open after 30 min ... why ? is it because of not using outlook ? how can
i fix this problem ?

2. in spite of problem 1. i have no problems to exchange data. but: if i
try to copy larger files (e.g. 300mb) to the micro sd smart card the
download breaks and start again, breaks and start again, ... without any
error message ... do anybody no the reason for this ? my assumption
is: if the file is bigger than the internal memory, it breaks, because
the active sync need to buffer the file and because of that, if the ram
is smaller the the filesize it breaks copying the file to the memory
card. could this be possible ? if so - do you have any solution (except
for: use an external memory-card-reader) ?

hope you can help me, regards, jaries

I have noticed this too. It seems the progress bar indicates nothing, it's
there for cosmetic purpose.
Just keep waiting, and after a couple of new bars the file is finished
copying.
