ActiveSync VIA VPN Problem

I have searched for a week for this. We completely reloaded my laptop
without any McAfee or the Firewall Client. The problem still exists.

The system syncs fine in the cradle or when inside the work network
connected wireless. When I go elsewhere and connect wireless via VPN the
sync fails. The VPN connects fine and I can browse the work network and
connect to my system with Terminal Server on my handheld (AXIM).

We are running Exchange Server 2003. I also can sync via VPN or not
(internal or external sync both work) with the Exchange Server for Inbox,
Calendar and Contacts. The issue is connecting via ActiveSync to my
computer while it is on the work network.

Can anyone help interpret the log file?

The log file has this related to the time the sync failed:

I can't interpret the error log, but I have a similar issue, except that my
company has not yet deployed Exchange 2003.
