Activesync won't sync notes

I'm going through this again. This is the third time with 2 different
iPaqs. The only way I've been able to fix it in the past is to save a copy
of my mailbox in PST files, delete my Exchange mailbox, create a new one and
import my old mailbox back in. I hate doing this. Has anyone else ever had
this issue resolved? What did you do?
