ActiveX Contros

I wrote a HTML email and in the code I put an .SWF object (a little Flash
movie).

In order to test I sent the email to myself, however, I get the message that
"Some ActiveX controls could not be displayed", because, either my security
settings do not allow ActiveX, or, I blocked the sender.

The place of the object shows as an empty border.

I did add the address I sent it from to my "Safe" list, so I suspect it has
something to do with my security settings.
Has anyone got any idea how I can set WLM to allow ActiveX content?

By the way, I use Windows 7 Ultimate.

Thanks in advance.

WLM uses IE's security settings for Active X.

Tools, Safety Options, Security. The default is for WLM to be in the
Restricted zone which disables ActiveX among other things.

Any recipients you send this to would also have to change their security
settings in order to view your SWF.

OK,
but purely for test purposes on my machine, I changed the settings and it
made no difference at all.

But I seem to remember MS has changed something in IE and the rest of their
programs so it does not let ActiveX through anymore without getting your
permission.
