Activex True DBGrid (TDBG32.ocx) Does not work in Windows Vista

A Visual Basic 6.0 application which works great on XP was installed on
Windows Vista. When a new form which has a True DB Grid control (TDBG32.ocx
version 4.0.0.119 is made by Apex Software Corporation) is opened it crashes
the entire application. Please provide a resolution.

Contact the makers of the "Visual Basic 6.0 application" for the resolution.
They are the only ones who can do this since it's their software.
