ActiveX uninstall

how to uninstall some activeX controls from internet explorer windows Xp SP1
i installed them by mistake now they are turning windows to hell

If you wish to remove an ActiveX control, launch
Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings >
View Objects, right-click on an ActiveX entry you wish to uninstall
and select "Remove".

I tried to do this, but when I right-clicked on it, the only option I had was
to view the properties. Is there another way to delete this?

I also have same problem. All I get is Properties no remove?? anybody help??
