I have had similar issues with users and groups not being immediately
available on a SQL Server if I understand your questions correctly. Not
sure why, but couple hours later things are cleaned up, so I assume there is
a service that is in the background that cleans this up. Sorry I have no
technical explanation only similar experience if I understand your question
correctly.
