I have used Active Directory Users and Computers and created a number of
useful Queries in the MMC console.
If I export the queries, how would I go about using them in a script and
direct the output to a file?

Tom - you should be able to use any of LDAP filters (<LDAPQUERY> element) in
pretty much unchanged format as part of adfind command line utility
(joeware.net)...
