Can Active Directory Adminsitrative Center be extended, since its completely
based on powershell? For e.g. can i include AD Sites and Subnets Management
in ADAC?

AD AC is as you see it. AD sites and services or domains and trusts cannot
be inlcuded.

It can be extended to add additional domains into one view, even if from
another forest for example.
