Adaptec AHA 2940 Driver for Vista 32 bit

I am using Window 7 x86 and is trying to find the driver for this old scsi card. Adaptec AHA 2940 (50pins). I download the .sys files from Adaptec.com

I could not make any of these .sys to execute. They were unziped in a CD and then I used the CD in W7. Could not get it to work. There are people suggested that Vista's driver may work. I would appreciate if you could point me to the best solution.
