I was used in previous versions of Windows to open the Control Panel and
click on Add/Remove Program. With Vista, the Add/Remove List is replaced by
a Programs List. But the Option which previous versions had to click on ADD
or Remove does not appear on the left of the List in Vista. Right clicking
on application also does not produce the menu for different action. So how
does one install a new application?

Insert the program disk, and it should auto launch or click Start > Computer
