I have a program I wrote that I use to process QIF files, by right clicking
the file in Windows Explorer, then left clicking on my program's name in the
"Send to" list. I cannot remember how I added my program to that list of
choices in XP Pro, and now I want to have it available in my Vista Home
Premium. "Help" is no help. Can anyone tell me how? TIA, Paul

If you want it added to the Open With right click option, right click on the file
you want to open, highlight Open With, click Choose Default Program, and
browse to your executable, if you do not want that exe to always open that
type of file be sure to un-tick always use this program

Open the Run Command (Win key + R) type shell:sendto hit enter, past your
program or directory and you should be good to go.

Paul,

The path to the Send To folder has changed. It defaults to
"%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\S end To". Drop your
shortcut in there, and it should work.

Kind regards,
Opus
