Add to Now Playing as default action for left mouse click

How can I change Media player options so that the default action for a left
mouse click is to add the files to the Now Playing list, rather than deleting
all the files currently in the now playing list. I know there must be a way
to do this but I can't figure it out and it is driving my crazy.

There isn't due to how the contextmenu handlers work.
