I have a printer that I shared from my Mac. The printer is a Canon iP3000.
I need to add the printer as a postscript printer and not using the driver
supplied by Canon. Can anyone help?

Do you already have file sharing between the Mac and Vista set up correctly?

What's the problem you are actually having? I believe there is a generic
postscript print driver in Windows.

The Mac will need to have windows sharing turned on (system preferences \
Sharing), and the printer will need to be shared for Windows networking,
which I think can be set via sharing again, or possibly under Print & Fax.

Malke,
Yes, I have file and printer sharing turned on correctly. I can see the
printer but I need to know how to add it as a PostScript printer.

Thanks

I have file and printer sharing turned on and I can see the printer in Vista.
I need help getting it added as a PostScript printer instead of using the
Canon driver.

Thanks.
