"Add or remove programs" not visible in Control Panel

Not visible in either views of my Control Panel.
Any suggestions will be appreciated

It's now called "Programs and Features".

I'll suggest a couple of ways to skin the cat. First do a search
in the control panel and then click on the results. Or go to
control panel > programs > programs and features
