add or remove toolbar buttons in folder windows

Hello. I'm relatively new to Vista, but am an old hand with XP.
I'm trying to find a Vista (home premium) equivalent of XP's ability to
customize folder icons:
In XP explorer: View (menu item) / Toolbars / Customize...
Here I could add and remove icons to the standard button bar.
Other than memorizing the keyboard shortcuts is there a way to
customize the toolbar for Vista?
