add request delay

I have just made up a new mail, i sent an add contact request to one
particular friend, he never got the invitaion. he also says he sent me add
request but i didnt recieve it neither. what would b the prob.?

To correct this problem, shut down Messenger entirely by right-clicking on its icon in the
notification area and choosing Exit, then download and run this .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/dow...lmpolicies.reg

Then try signing in again. It make take 30-40 seconds after signing in before you see any
change.

If you're still seeing the problem after that, try deleting the contact and readding it.
